Csf organised a monthly cooking and shared meal with and for the residents of FOGO.

FOGO
FOGO, Zurich

The Social Gastronomy Movement (SGM) is based in Switzerland in the newly developed FOGO district near Zurich Altstetten railway station. The SGM is an international movement that focuses on education and gastronomy in order to initiate social change and change the lives of marginal groups and the underprivileged.

Csf was the first Swiss organization to join the Movement in 2018. Active participation in this worldwide movement makes a significant contribution to making the concerns of Cuisine sans frontières heard internationally.

The Social Gastronomy Community is coordinated by Csf and the innovation cooperative dieCuisine offers the space on the FOGO site. This is an inclusive, hospitable location that makes the Social Gastronomy Movement visible and tangible and is the starting point for gastronomic-social events and activities in Zurich, Switzerland and internationally.
