The Charity Event with a Difference
Since 2009, we have been organising our annual charity event «Kitchen Battle» in Bern, Lucerne and Zurich with the help of volunteers and sponsors. All of this to fund our projects.
Two cooking teams of 4 people each cook live on stage. From a basket of ingredients – the contents of which they only find out on the morning of the event – they create a 3-course menu for around 160 guests. At the end of the evening, the guests and the jury choose the winning team. All proceeds go to the projects of Cuisine sans frontières.
Countless restaurants, volunteers and sponsors have supported us time and again. Thousands of guests have enjoyed the culinary creations of the competing teams and at the same time supported our projects.
