Since 2009, the organization Cuisine sans frontières has been hosting the Kitchen Battle as an annual charity event.
Each evening, two professional cooking teams from well-known restaurants compete live on stage in front of an audience. The teams must create a multi-course menu using a mystery basket, the contents of which are revealed only on the day of the event. Guests of the Kitchen Battle, along with a five-member panel of experts and celebrities, will enjoy these culinary creations, judge each dish from both teams, and select the winning team of the evening.
